Our banner says Tasmanian Fresh, Mex -South American Taste and this is what we deliver. We use as much locally sourced produce as possible in all of our items on the menu, from Tasmanian hormone growth promotant free beef, free range chickens, Ashgrove fetta , Tamar Valley Young's Veggies, we made all of our sauces from organic chilies and tomatillos grown in out back garden

We cater to a variety of tastes, with vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options available every day.Our hand-made empanadas are a specialty, with the corn maize being imported into Australia from Colombia. There are only a handful of places in this country where this kind of empanada is prepared.
